All orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS across the world. Shipping times for packages within Canada vary from 1-7 business days depending on your location. We do not offer COD, all orders must be paid in full before they will be shipped. The shipping cost quoted via our checkout is an estimate based on the information provided by the manufacturer for box size and weight. Should there be a overcharge or undercharge for shipping we will contact you immediately to handle the difference. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping do not hesitate to contact us.
In stock items are generally shipped within 48 hours of being placed on the next business day. If your order is urgent and needs special attention please email us prior to ordering so we can flag the order when it comes in. Custom fabricated components will vary with production times, so shipping will be updated with purchaser according to each unique timeline.
Oversized Items: These items may not be able to ship with Canada Post and will only be quoted with UPS.
All Sales Are Final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please note, Unobtainium Welding reserves the right to refuse all returns. In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products. Customer must provide photos of the issue.
Returns: Unobtainium Welding will accept returns on a pre-approved basis. However, it would be an exceptional case. All products are leak tested and evaluated prior to shipping with detailed photos document product features and condition prior to shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable on returns, the cost of shipping items back is the responsibility of the customer.
If Unobtainium Welding agrees to a refund, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the completion of the refund, so long as the product is in its original packaging and condition.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any and all payment processing costs will be deducted in the event of a refund.
Special Order Items: Due to the custom nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. With all custom orders, there will be a process of clarification and customer sign-off prior to full production. There will be no surprises and in general our finished products exceed expectations.
I’ve emailed you and haven’t received a response? – Typically emails are responded to within 48 hours. If you have not received a response please check your spam/junk folder and feel free to re-send your email. Hotmail is by far the worst for putting our emails in your junk folder.
My payment is failing or being declined? – This is typically due to one of the following reasons. The billing address entered and the one on file for the credit card does not match at all or completely. The card number, CCV, expiry are incorrect. The card being used is unsupported, we currently only accept Visa and Mastercard.
